It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne M. Schaffer of Salem, Ohio, who passed away on March 22, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fayon Burky and Dorothy Burky; her husband Raymond C. Schaffer; her son Mark Schaffer; and her brothers, Bob Burky and Richard Burky.
She is survived by: her children, Barb Lawton (Dave) of Salem and James Schaffer (Janet) of Greenford; her grandchildren, Zachary, Curtis, Travis and Alexis; her great grandchild Russell; her brother David Burky; and her pet Suzy.
