It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Yarnell in Salem, Ohio, born in Warren, Ohio, who passed away on August 28, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frank and Rosemary. He is survived by: his wife Polly Yarnell (Hilliard); his children, Lisa Shattuck (Brad), John Yarnell and Ted Schuster (Julie); and his grandchildren, Mason Shattuck (Angela), John Yarnell, Gustav Schuster, Tyler and Bailee Thorn.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made in Jack's honor to the Salem Community Foundation: Summer Concerts, P.O. Box 553 Salem, Ohio 44460.
