He was predeceased by: his father Harry A. Ervin. He is survived by: his mother Judy Ervin (Smart); and his siblings, Lisa Dixon, Joe Ervin (Terri), James Ervin, Jessica Ervin and Julie Bevington (Bud). He is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends.
