She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Sandy and Ruth Marple; and her son Charles "Chuck" Cushman. She is survived by: her sister Ruth Hampson Reynolds of Georgia; her husband Ronnie Cushman; her children, Kyle Cushman, Ian Cushman and Jeff Cushman of Salem, OH; her grandchildren, Brian Cushman, Brice Cushman, Sidney Cushman and Cade Cushman; and her children, Connie Sue, Shea Williams, Bree Pastore and Alex Whinnery. She is also survived by 19 beautiful great grandchildren.
