He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul "Tony" and Mary P. Pastore (Keirns); his wife Francine "Lucy" Pastore (Locke); his sons, David and Jamie Pastore Sr.; and his siblings, Clay Pastore and Carla Hofmann.
He is survived by: his grandson Steven; his daughters, Larissa Green of Cleveland, Ashley Pastore (Brian McNeal) of Salem and Heather Prislipsky (Nick) of Salem; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Sierra, Devon, Lahela, Ella Sue, Jamie Jr., Luca and Gabe.
