She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Boughton and Mona Boughton; her grandparents, Elbert, Edith Boughton, James and Margaret Cahill; and her great grandchild Grayson Wolf.

She is survived by : her daughters, Michelle Lynn Hum and Julie Ann Smith; her brother Jim (Sharon Boughton); her husband William Hum; her children, Chris Hum, Ryan Smith, Jeff Hum and Mary Sutter; her grandchildren, Clayton, Aimee Wolf, Megan Hum, Makayla Moore, Chance Smith, Cody Smith, Riley Hum and Logan Hum; and her great grandchildren, Weston Poppino, Theodore Wolf and Amelia Keglor. She is also survived by many extended family members, former coworkers and friends.
