She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wilson and Frances Wilson (Chalker); her son Rev. Louis Boston; her siblings, Ruth Gatrell and Harold Wilson; and her grandson Nathaniel Boston.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Boston (Flo) of Fuquay-Varina, NC, Diana Boston of Salem, Karen Boston of Salem and John Boston (Gin) of Columbus; her daughter-in-law Marcella Boston of Cincinatti; and her grandpups, Taliah and Sydney. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
