She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Baker and Kathleen Baker Hippely (Girard); her stepparents, Evelyn Baker and Joseph Hippely; her siblings, Forest Baker and Chiquita "Libby" Brown; her daughter-in-law Vicky Welling; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Ellen Baker, Shirley Baker and Bill "Brownie" Brown.
She is survived by: her children, Russell R. Welling Jr. of Hampton, VA, Gary Welling of Salem and Penny May (Kenny) of Salem; her grandchildren, Dillon Rhodes (Cheyenne), Katelyn Rhodes, Kellie Philbrick (Ryon), Katie Uslenghi (Todd), Jessica Braxton (Antoine) and Nicholas Welling; her great grandchildren, Parker, Rylee, Memphys, Khloe, Denver and Jayce; and her brothers, Duane "Butch" Baker of Ocala, FL and Paul "Mickey" Baker of Salem.
