He is survived by: his wife Ariel Caldwell; his brothers, Marshal Johnson (Joanne), Roger Johnson (Vicki) and Gene Johnson (Jane); his stepson Jason Caldwell; and his stepgrandson Liam Caldwell. He is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
