She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Cook and Gladys Cook (Harmon); her husband Edward L. Ackerson; her sister Marjorie Mickle (Ray); and her brother-in-law Virgil Kremm.
She is survived by: her children, Alan Ackerson (Paula) of Girard, Cathy Jeffries (Jim) of Boise, Daniel Ackerson (Vonda) of Jacksonville and Amy Cassie Ackerson of Columbus, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Emily, Victor, Jason, Michelle, Jamie, Taylor and Danielle; her great grandchildren, Dani, Rylee and Haven; and her siblings, Dick Cook (Helen), Bob Cook (Sue) and Maxine Kremm.
