Mildred L. Kelly Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred L. Kelly of Salem, Ohio, born in Stafford, Ohio, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Miller and Gertrude Miller (Walters); her husband Cleon L. Kelly; her daughters, Laurie Floyd and Vickie Kelly; and her siblings, Neigel Miller, Buck Miller, Winifred Miller and William "Bud" Miller.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Hively (Larry) of Hanoverton, Lynn Kelly-Ferguson (Timothy) of Calcutta and Roger Kelly (Connie) of Lisbon; and her son-in-law Tim Floyd. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; and great-great grandchildren.
