She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Jack" Hawthorne and Kathryn Hawthorne (Bailey); and her brother Mark Hawthorne. She is survived by: her children, April Coie, Jonathan Coie (Samantha) and Justin Coie (Danielle); her siblings, Susan Barton, Thomas Hawthorne (Brenda) and Julie Hawthorne; and her faithful dachshunds, Daisy and Sophie. She is also survived by four grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Center (1785 S Lincoln Ave, Salem, OH 44460). A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
