He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Walters and Cora Walters (Luthy); his daughter Vickie McKenna; and his siblings, Rose Marie Sidwell, Jerry and Donald Walters.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Simmons of North Lima and Darrell Walters of Boardman; and his grandchildren, Jason, Nicholas, Carina Walters, Ryan, Maggie Rohrbaugh and Tracey Duncko. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
