He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Ray and Pauline Everson Bixler; his wife Mona Bixler (Smith); his brother Philip Bixler; and his sister-in-law Thelma Bixler.
He is survived by: his brothers, Larry Bixler of Washingtonville and Daryl Bixler (Mary Caye) of Salem.
In lieu of flowers, Norman has requested donations be made to the Greenford Volunteer Fire Department and/or the Salem VFW post.
