She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gallagher and Carmela Gallagher (Rongo); and her brother John Gallagher. She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Smith of Austintown; her daughters, Donna Adams (Troy) of Boardman and Jennifer Gorby (Gary) of Salem, Ohio; her grandchildren, Riley Adams, Kendall and Dalton Gorby; her brother Bill Gallagher of Salem, Ohio; and her brother-in-law Carlton Niven of Myrtle Beach.
