She is survived by: her close friend Ronald Scott Smith; her children, Jeramiah Burnette, Rhonie Burnette of Salem, Jared Burnette of Negley, Paige Lipply, Middletown and Phaedra Burnette of Florida; and her siblings, Rick Burnette, Timothy Burnette, Eugene Burnette, Daniel Burnette, Rhonda Lipply, Linda Barrett, Lisa Burnette, Sherry Burnette and Sarah Lowrey. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
