He was predeceased by : his parents, Steve Joseph Gasper and Mary Gasper (Vargo); and his brother Steve Gasper. He is survived by : his daughters, Michelle Nesbitt (Bob), Denise Hoelscher (Greg) and Karen Gasper; his grandchildren, Kyle Nesbitt (Kate), Evan Nesbitt (Krista), Christian Parks, Nathaniel Hoelscher, Matthew Hoelscher and Lucas Hoelscher; and his sister Stephanie Raynish (Zak).

Visitation was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (168 W Main St, Leetonia, OH 44431). A Mass was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
