He is survived by: his wife Dianna Bleakley (Lieder); his sons, Jeremy Hawkins (Amanda) of Berlin Center and Jason Hawkins (Allyse) of Salem; his grandchildren, Austin (Lexi), Zac (Braden), Elsie and Kiki; his sister Gail Bowen (Arthur) of Salem; his niece Carrie Boso of Salem; and his nephews, Luke Linder of Salem and Rudy Linder of Salem.
