He is survived by: his children, Rick Faulkner (Charity) of Hanoverton, Paul Faulkner (Elizabeth) of Minerva, Isaac Faulkner of Salem, Teresa Faulkner of Salem and Emily Faulkner of Salem; his sister Tami Shutler (Bill) of Salem; his grandchildren, Harlynn, Kashton, Ryder, Sylvie and Lana; his close friends, April Ammon Faulkner and Tabatha Faulk; and his pet Kaiser. He is also survived by his former wives and mothers of his children.
