He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry S. Todd and Mable L. Todd (Glenn). He is survived by: his wife Laurel Ball; his children, Howard Todd, Ted Todd (Becky), Tim Todd (Jane) and Susan Young (Jim); and his sister Dorcas Beck. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
