He is survived by: his children, Jeff Cushman and Connie Whinnery; his grandchildren, Shea Whinnery, Bree Pastore, Alex Whinnery, Kyle Cushman, Ian Cushman, Brian Cushman, Brice Cushman, Sidney Davidson and Cade Cushman; and his brother Charles Cushman.
