He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy J. Smith and Martha V. Smith (Radcliff); and his brother Craig W. Smith of Salem. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Smith (Stewart); his sons, Stewart D. Smith of Rapid City, SD and Brian P. Smith of Columbiana; his granddaughters, Sherri Patti (James) of St. James, NY and Kyra Drummond of Salem; his great grandchildren, Cassian Pattie and Lennon Drummond; and his sister Penny Jo Kuttler (David).
