Stephen E. Flannigan Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Stephen E. Flannigan of Salem, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 23, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Stephen leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Flannigan and Edith Flannigan (Virden); and his sister Sherry. He is survived by: his wife Patty Flannigan (Evans); his children, Wade Flannigan, B. J. Flannigan and Krista Flannigan; and his sisters, Cindy and Sandra Gaetano. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
