She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Shinn and Iona Shinn (Baringer); her children, Damon Frantz and Denise McQuiston; and her sister Martha Crookston.
She is survived by: her husband Allen K. Frantz; and her sister Donna Shinn of Salem. She is also survived by grandmother, Twila's five grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Alliance Hospice in Twila's name.
