We are sad to announce that on May 14, 2025, at the age of 80, Virginia Bullard of Salem, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Delp Sr. and Margaret Delp (Sheen); and her siblings, Jerry, Nellie, Jonie, Bert and Mike.

She is survived by: her sons, Samuel B. Bullard and Theodore W. Bullard; her grandchildren, Kenna Adams (Bullard), Brandon Bullard, Perry Bullard, Ben Bullard and Celeste Bullard; and her siblings, Daniel Jr., Mary and Melvin.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her memory to Winona Friends Church Food Pantry 4615 Whinnery Road, Salem, OH 44601 or the Food Pantry of the donor's choice.
