He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Liebhart and Katherine Liebhart (Stieger). He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Jean Dailey of Salem; his grandchildren, Lisa Chamberlin Stump (John) of Huntington and Jesse Dailey (Amber) of Salem; and his great grandchildren, Sarah, Emma, Jesse, Jr., Willow and Jasper Dailey.
