He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Altenhof and Martha G. Altenhof (Stuckey); and his siblings, Richard, Robert, Ruthann, Ruby and Albert.
He is survived by: his grandson Dalton Hephner; his wife Nancy Altenhof; his children, Douglas Altenhof, William "Chuck" Altenhof and Sonia Hephner (Larry); his granddaughter Kylee Altenhof; and his siblings, Donald, Margaret, John, Mary and Tom.
