He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Durham and Donna Durham (Hodson). He is survived by: his son Lance Durham (Billie Jo) of Lisbon; his stepdaughters, Vicki Bettura (Jim) of Columbiana and Cindy Guterba (Lee) of Leetonia; and his sister Judy Kozar (Joe) of Salem. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
