He is survived by: his wife Audra Garrett (Dickie); his daughters, Carla Rae Davel (Robert) of Plato, MO and Sonja Marie Casey (Thomas) of Byesville; his siblings, Bruce Garrett (Bonnie) of Flower, WV and Marty Garrett of Sand Fork, WV; and his grandson Owen Thomas Casey of Byesville. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
