She is survived by: her children, John Michael Horazy of Fort Wayne, IN, Kate Davis (Charles) of Tampa, FL and Jessica Epstein (Oren) of Calabasas, CA; her grandchildren, Ava, Benny Esptein and Zoe Horazy; her siblings, Anne Lynn Hosfeld (Michael Frank) of Petaluma, CA, Arlene Rouzier (Pierre) of Amherst, MA and Anthony Hosfeld (Anne Marie) of Sandusky, OH; her niece Amy Corso; and her nephews, Anthony Rouzier (Elwira), Nicholas Rouzier and Andrew Hosfeld.
