He was predeceased by : his parents, Luvert Bonner and Nancy Jane Bonner (McDonald); and his siblings, Robert J. Bonner, Bonnie W. Bonner, James C. Bonner, Louis Bonner and Mary Roberts.

He is survived by : his wife Louise J. (Rankin); his children, Andrea Clinton Allen (late Thomas Lee Clinton Sr.), Agenda Bonner and Derek Bonner; his grandchildren, Daquanne, Jalen, Thomas, Thomisha, Theresa, Thomarius, Thereika, Darion, DaVon, Dynasti, Di'Asia, Deandrae, Deonte and Sha'ki; his sisters, Dorothy Bonner and Rutha Keys; his goddaughter Sheya Lash; his daughter Erica Davis; and his close friends, James Roberts, Cecil Roberts, Shirley McGill, Bob, McClellan, Willie Ray Roberts Jr., Billy Ray Needham, Bill Johnson, Clinton Scott Sr. and James Aaron. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church (1215 Pierce St, Sandusky, OH 44870).
