She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelo DeBlase and Josephine DeBlase (Luzio); her husband Donald P. Schlett, Sr.; her grandson Matthew Schlett; her great grandchildren, Cohen and Halle; and her brothers, Charles DeBlase, Anthony DeBlase and Sam DeBlase.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Mashita (Eric) of Valencia, CA, Gail Shatzer of Norwalk, OH, Donald Schlett, Jr. (Tim Stewart) of Sandusky, OH, Gerald Schlett (Cindy) of Milan, OH and Jeffrey Schlett (Amy) of Bellevue, OH; her grandchildren, Brett, Alison, Lesley, Andrea, Adam, Marcus, Chad, Sam, Megan and Josh; and her brothers, Joe DeBlase of Bellevue, OH and Frank DeBlase of Bellevue, OH. She is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
