She is survived by: her daughter Nicole "Nikki" Carpenter (Michael) of Sandusky, OH; her granddaughters, Rowan and Gracie; her sister-in-law Tina Johnson; and her former husband Patrick Ballah. She is also survived by her aunts, uncles.
