She was predeceased by: her father Forrest Kinzy; her husband Charles Couch; and her siblings, Mary Kaptein, Valta Giffin, Ralph, Lowell and Herb Kinzy.

She is survived by: her children, Deborah Regnier (Don) of Wichita, KS, Dana Blumensaadt (Bill) of Catawba Island, Daren Couch (Kathy) of Kennesaw, GA and Dennis Couch (Margaret) of Mansfield; and her brother Harold Kinzy. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
