She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Pfefferkorn and Lulu Pfefferkorn (Smith); her husband Maynard J Nielsen; her grandson James Nielsen; and her siblings, June Olsen, Mary Margaret Brown and Willard Pfefferkorn.
She is survived by: her sons, John Nielsen (Elizabeth Walker) of Brighton, MI and Robert Nielsen (Jill Scholer) of Anderson, IN; her grandchildren, Kelly Murphy (Scott), Kent Nielsen, Meredith Ramm (Thomas) and Matthew (Nataliya Bukavyn); and her great grandchild Nora Ramm. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
