He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Manley and Barton W. Manley. He is survived by: his former wife Birtha Manley; his brothers, Doug (Kayla) and Dean (Beth); his sons, Brendan and BJ; and his grandchildren, Emma and Carson.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Toft Funeral Home & Crematory (2001 Columbus Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A wake was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at the Toft Funeral Home, Wakeman Chapel (16 Cooper St, Wakeman, OH 44889).
