He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Horn and Effie Horn; and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his significant other Joan Williams; his children, Tanya, Curtis James Jr. and Brian; his granddaughter Anosti; his sisters, Deborah Smith and Marilyn Horn; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Vance (David), Karen Williams, Cheryl Williams and Kevin Williams (Renee). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
