He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kortan (Vargo); his daughter Terri Reitz (Dennis); his stepdaughter Karen Kolosiwsky (Alex); his grandchildren, Nolan Reitz, Brandon and Ashley Kolosiwsky; and his great grandchildren, Ryder, Zoey and Braydon.

The family suggests memorial contributions be directed to the American Legion Post 555, P.O. Box 282, Marblehead, Ohio 43440.
