He is survived by: his mother Barbara Neeley (Bennett); his significant other Leslie Massingill-Neeley; his brother Carlee Neeley (Glina); his children, Kaila Neeley (Travis), Wesley Mitchell and Elijah Neeley; his stepson Johnathon Massingill; his grandchildren, Malaki, Navarah, Anthony, Zayden and Levi; and his siblings-in-law, Vernon Mitchell (Karen), Cindy Duncan (Jim), Jonnie Shafer (Bob), Patricia Wood, Sara Berry (Ron), Claudia Berry (Pete), Ray Russell (Jenny), Billy Mitchell and Anna Wood (Jason). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, lots of good friends, plus extra brothers, from other mothers.
