He is survived by: his children, Mary Beth Gervais (Alex), Robert Griffin (Lynn), Mark Griffin, John Griffin (Sue) and Richard Griffin; his grandchildren, Bobby, Tim, Katie, Patrick, Nicole, Alex, Sarah, John, Grace and Sophie; his great grandchildren, Wesley and Lenore; and his former wife Mary Frances Griffin.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Pfeil Funeral Homes, Sandusky Chapel (617 Columbus Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A prayer was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church (510 Columbus Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870).
