With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Janice Waterfield in Sandusky, Ohio, born in Bristol, Connecticut, who passed away on December 19, 2025 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elaine Janice Waterfield to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Charles "Mick" Waterfield; her brothers, James Poole and Vincent Poole; and her parents, Augustus Poole and Bessie Poole (Miskis).
She is survived by: her children, Amy Waterfield (Jeff Pecchio) of Brooklyn, NY and Steve Waterfield (Jaime) of Rochester Hills, MI; her grandchildren, Margot Pecchio, Davis Waterfield and Austin Waterfield; her sister Mary Jane Flannigan (Terry) of Kelowna; and her sister-in-law Mary Waterfield of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In keeping with her generous spirit and lifelong commitment to helping others, the family kindly requests that, instead of flowers, memorial donations be made to the Perkins Alumni and Friends Association or Friends of Old Woman Creek.
