She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulysses Grant Coon and Eupha Coon (Shepperd); her siblings, Glada Coon, Ora Jane Petrigo, Geneva Starcher, Orland Grant Coon, Fleetice Martin, Steven Coon, Quellen Coon, Iverson Coon, Ewell Coon and Garnet McCune; her granddaughter Katie Ruth Percival; and her great grandchild Therese Marie Florey.
She is survived by: her children, James Norton III, Kathleen Lee Norton, Daniel Norton and David "Randy" Norton; her grandchildren, James Norton IV, Beth Anne Florey, Elizabeth Doidge, Erik Norton and Jaime Percival; and her great grandchildren, Ryan James Ellis, Leighanne Florey, Janice Norton, James Norton V, Ethan Norton, Hailey Doidge and McKayla Doidge.
