He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Grady Neal and Freddie Hope Elmer (Poore); his daughters, Jennifer and Elaina; and his nephew Christopher Young.
He is survived by: his children, Jessica Neal of Fremont, OH, Rachel Pumphrey (Scott) of Greensprings, OH, Kendra Ridenour, Tina Ridenour and Josh Greenawald of Sandusky, OH; his grandchildren, Elijah, Ethan, Elysia, Lydia, Charlie, Jennie, Kaja, Malenka and Ryker; and his siblings, Joetta Erney (Greg) of Sandusky, OH, Lydia Neal of Sandusky, OH and Shane Neal (Candace) of Bellevue, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory (1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
