She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Mills (Jenkins) and James Jackson Mills; her husband William "Big Bill" Arrington, Sr.; and her siblings, Willie "Plute" C. Mills (Alvin Mills), Dorothy Mills and Jacqueline Jackson (Mills).
She is survived by: her siblings, James "Big Jim" Mills of Inglewood, CA and Barbara Ann Deku; her sisters-in-law, Frances Arrington (Cooper) and Darlene Reed Gowdy; her cousins, Marcia Jones of Cincinnati, Gayle Witherspoon of Louisville, KY and Wanya Bumpus of Sandusky; her niece Yolanda Kimble of Elyria; William "Will" Arrington, Jr., Marvin Arrington and Derrick Arrington (Tasheia). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Toft Funeral Home & Crematory, Sandusky Chapel (2001 Columbus Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
