He was predeceased by: his children, Scott Koch and Kimberly Koch; his parents, Clarence Koch and Bertha Koch (Wobser); and his brother-in-law Steve Gowitzka.
He is survived by: his siblings, Clarice Gowitzka and Dean Koch (Robin). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
