He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen W. Mitchell and Mary Mitchell (Byrd). He is survived by: his children, Evan Mitchell and Emma Mitchell; his siblings, Jennifer Harvey, Kim Mitchell and Ruby Klotz (Bob); his siblings' children, Bobby Klotz, Rusty Klotz (Leigh), Dustin Mitchell (Emily) and Melissa Miller (Allen); his great-niece Payton Dennis; and his great-nephews, Dakota Dennis, Dalton Dennis and Dustin Mitchell Jr..
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Toft Funeral Home & Crematory (2001 Columbus Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
