He was predeceased by : his father Frank "Jerry" Fantozzi; and his grandparents, Frank, Laura Fantozzi, Felice and Angelina Mariotti.
He is survived by : his mother Anna Fantozzi (Mariotti); his sons, Jerry and Jacob Fantozzi; his sister Maria; his brother-in-law Tygh Tone; and his nieces and nephews, Morgan and Harrison Tone. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
