He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Osborn and Imogene Osborn (Stelle). He is survived by: his wife Ruby Osborn (Fields); his daughters, Lisa Osborn of Sandusky and Catie Osborn of Sandusky; and his siblings, Douglas Osborn (Gladys) of Norwalk, OH, Mark Osborn (Jennifer) of South Bend, IN and Teresa Moore (Larry) of Bellevue, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
