He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arthur, Ralph, Helen Hoffman, Roland Neese and Carolyn Gahagan.

He is survived by: his parents, Jack Robert Neese (Rhonda) and Jill Ann Neese (Gahagan); his son Jackson Latham Neese; the mother of his child Jennifer Lowe; his stepson Joseph R. Sandy; his siblings, Caroline Colwell (John), Christopher Neese (Christa) and Brian Niehm (Dahlia); and his niece Arianna Mae Neese. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family suggest that memorial contributions may be made in his memory to "Tunnel to Towers Foundation," 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306.
