He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Pugh and Agnes Kreilick (Shoaf); his stepfather Milton Kreilick; and his siblings, Russell Pugh and Janet Mapus (Tom).
He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Backus (Doug) of Cincinnati and Kelly Siebert (Bob) of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Kayla Schrock (Kevin), Colin Murray, Justin Backus, Adam Siebert and Allison Jones (Tyler); and his great grandchildren, Sophie and Ariel Schrock.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (503 Columbus Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (503 Columbus Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870).
Memorial contributions in Jerry's name may be made to Stein Hospice, 1200 Sycamore Line or Zion Lutheran Church.
